The Scioto Valley Rugby Football Club is a premier rugby team comprised of experienced and new players to the game of rugby. Our team is looking to add new players to our roster to continue our tradition of having fun while winning. If you like a great workout and would like to try a new sport, this is the club for you!

We are looking for serious (A-Side) and development squad (B and C-Side) players who would like to play in games requiring different levels of skill. Spring 2009, our B-side has our own D-III side with its own schedule, so players will be guaranteed full matches. The C-side will join the A-side for its D-II / B-side matches. Weather & daylight permitting, our (15's) practices are held every Tuesday and Thursday evening starting at 6:00 at the back of RHODES PARK at I-70 and WEST BROAD ST, just west of downtown Columbus.

Home matches are scheduled for Saturday's at 1:00 PM at the back of RHODES PARK. Our regular season competition consists of other club teams in the mid-west.

TEAM ANNOUNCEMENTS:
SUMMER 2009 - Sevens Rugby is upon us!!!
Practices will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 6:00 at the fields at KING and CANNON at OSU, right at the Medical Center Drive exit on Rt. 315.

FALL 2009, we are still planning A, B, and C side matches! All players this spring will be guaranteed enough playing time!!! If you want to play, this is the time to join the club!
